### Summary of Changes
- Grant `actions: write` workflow permission so that `actions/cache@v4`
can save conversation context keys on self-hosted runners.
- Set `--print-timeout 25m` (and `20m` for plan) on all `agy` CLI
invocations to avoid premature cancellation during initial workspace
verification checks.
- Sharpen the headless mode prompt in `/implement` and `/fix` steps to
instruct the agent not to exit before applying edits directly to the
source code.
